Problem with Adobe Creative Cloud

I downloaded Adobe Creative Cloud from the official Adobe website in order to install the trial version of Adobe After Effects cs6. But in the Creative Cloud program, in the Apps category, there are no Premier Pro and After Effects programs. Why don't I have them there and how do I install Adobe After Effects then?

Installing all demo applications through Adobe Creative Cloud goes up to 42%, and then it fails! Idiocy! Maybe in the registration it was not necessary to indicate the region in the column: "Russia"))
