SCS format files. (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

My computer crashed, I reinstalled Windows. I download mods from Playground and other sites. So I downloaded before I reinstalled Windows:

PS- For those who did not understand: the browser used to download scs files, and now it downloads rar files.

Please tell me what to do?

scs files are archive files packed into a ZIP archive without compression.
If your browser is so stupid, then download through the "Save As" menu (right click on the link and choose there) or just try to rename the file to the scs extension
And yet, just open the archive and see what's inside, because not all mod authors just upload scs files, some also pack them into other archivers.

Maybe someone has already unpacked the new locale.scs? I would like to see the updated list of drivers, in any text format. Or under the spoiler, if it's faster and more convenient
