Help me please!!! (Batman: Arkham Origins)

Once my mouse froze on my computer and I had to restart the PC while playing! And now I can't enter the game! the videos go through and as soon as it enters the menu, an error immediately pops up and a black screen! and I can't do anything else! you have to restart your PC! WHAT TO DO!!!!

Reinstall the game, use a normal mouse (if yours is already old and closes), buy and use a gamepad in such games (if you have wine 8, 8.1, then Sony 4 will do)
