Sand and Ruins (Dragon Age: Inquisition)

I can't finish the quest Sand and Ruins in the Whistling Wastes. He climbed the whole location, completed everything and opened it. Only this quest hangs not completed, what is the reason I donâ€™t understand, what else needs to be done? Who knows, help!
