recommend to replace such things:
1. processor. put on the basis of amd architecture bulldozer FX 8 *** (6 cores) cost from 6k
2. RAM AS at least 8 GB. your mother supports the frequency up to 2000, I recommend putting for the first time 1 bar of kingston 8gb 1600 MHz (about 5 thousand rubles)
3. video card. I also recommend based on AMD, R9 280 (3GB video 256 or 384 bits) (~ 15 thousand)
4. power supply. I recommend 4tech 750W. (6-8 thousand rubles)

I recommend leaving the old memory and installing a new one, even if it is at 1600 MHz. In total, you will have 12 GB of memory!! In the bios, just set the frequency to 1600 MHz and everything will work fine. I also have it! The difference between 8 GB and 12 GB is significant. I especially felt this in WatchDogs. And so the configuration is normal, except that the processor will be a little weak (maybe Unity will slow down).
