Missing textures in towns upon entry (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

There is a mod for open cities, ELFX, various patches for elfx, Unofficial skyrim se patch, smim. The textures are loaded if you go a little further into the city, but this bothers me. I tried to put, remove the mod for improved lod (drawing distant objects, but without result. Please tell me what could be?

Obviously you need to ask or read the posts on the mod page, nexus and see if there is a similar problem there.

Usually this happens when the computer does not pull, a weak percentage or vidyuha.

There is hardly anything to help you here. I can only advise to remove it permanently. It is very conflicting and it is better to install some kind of retexture instead of it. For example JK's Whiterun.
