Flicker (Uncharted 4: A Thief's End)

From the very beginning of the game, the entire screen periodically flickers .... Hardware is suitable, does not lag, stable FPS ......... What should I do? How to fix???

If you mean the first boat chase scene, then flickering is explosions from enemy rocket launchers, at first I thought it was some kind of bug...
