\"Oh no, the app has stopped working!\" (For Honor) crashes

I have a rather atypical problem with For Honor.
If in order, then the game is in Ubisoft connect, I have it through the key, it is in "D:Ubisoft Game LaunchergamesForHonor" completely downloaded with Antivirus turned off, added to the exception, and when I try to run it even with administrator rights ( that the application, that the game (+EasyAntiCheat)) in most cases the result is the same: The game starts to run, the initial warning of the game opens, for epileptics. and then, after 2-3 seconds, the game crashes, or simply does not respond.
briefly about what I did:
running everything as Administrator
Turning off the gamepad
checking files
set compatibility to 7, 8 Windows (I have 11, but there is a maximum)
Checked EasyAntiCheat works, it turns on and off the same way with the game
