Mouse click not working (Lost Ark)

Dear, please help. Mouse clicks just don't work in the game. Not from the touchpad, not from the mouse, not from another mouse. I've tried everything, it seems. Tech support is silent.

Try, after starting the game, minimize and maximize, window, or frame mode, it helps. the truth is in pirates, and apparently you have a license, but it's worth a try.
