Saves (Batman: Arkham Origins)

People, please help with the saves, I want to upload the saves so that NG + can play, downloaded, threw them into the folder with the saves, but when I go into the game they are not there.
The Steam license, the saves that I want to upload are also Steam ones, even if I delete the old saves when I start the game, it restores and sees them, but those that I put are not downloaded.
A couple of years ago there was no such problem. Now I tried it (offline mode in steam, turned off steam cloud synchronization).
