Anniversary Edition does not have items Art Fashion Club (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Good afternoon. Recently downloaded Skyrim Anniversary Edition. But I have a big problem: in theory, there should be a Creativity Club item and installed modifications, but for some reason they are not there. I tried to install a third-party mod through Vortex (on the playable Falmer race), but the game does not see it even in this case. How can I fix this problem?

Renmin Kim And if you have a license, then you need to buy mods from the Creativity Club, but there are a couple of free ones that you can install in the "Creativity Club" section, which for some reason you don't have.
At the moment, it is better to install mods on the Special Edition, because the Anniversary Edition is often updated and the mods stop working.

I need to find a way to get the Creativity Club back. I only need to install 2 of my mods: playable snow elves and Paarthurnarx's Dilemma.
