re_chunk_000.pak (Resident Evil 3)

during the installation of the repack, when the installation reaches about 80 - 90% and everything freezes - it doesn’t go any further, I waited for 30 minutes, and 40 minutes and nothing, it also stands and does not move. If anyone has experienced this please let me know what to do. and what is re_chunk_000.pak anyway?
maybe something needs to be installed for Windows?
