Voice acting issue in cutscenes (A Plague Tale: Requiem)

Who faced and can help with a solution to the problem? In scripted videos, the volume of voices goes to the very minimum, all other sounds do not change the volume. In the game settings, I chose different sound output modes and the voice acting language. In the system, too, up to mono sound, the problem persists.
