My Computer -> Properties -> Advanced system settings -> in the Advanced tab "Performance" -> Settings -> Advanced -> Virtual memory -> Change
There you can already set as you like: 1) Specify yourself; 2) By choice of system; 3) No swap file
I have a 1Tb hard drive, so I heartily made a 15Gb swap file (7.5 from each partition) - now run at least 3 Crises at maximum speed!

If you have nVidia Experience, look at what settings are optimal for the graph - if it's the bottom, try completely uninstalling the graphics drivers, then reinstall it clean, then update the Framework, DirectX (I have 7, 8.1, 9, 10, 11) Update the firewood for the percent too, Microsoft Visual C ++ (I have had a lot of versions since 2005 to this day), also if CCleaner is worth it, you can look and clean the registry errors - how do you do it, troubleshoot the game, or reinstall, reboot and try ..... more until nothing comes to mind.
