Xbox Win 10 and mb firmware?

I saw the news that in the near future they will install Windows 10 on boxes, but as you know, Windows 10 can be broken, does this mean that it will be possible to simply flash and play all the games? how was it with the xbox 360, the t-shirts themselves opened access and everyone bought xboxes?
