Companion Specializations (Dragon Age: Inquisition)

People, should all party members have a specialization? For me, three out of nine had it at the same time as the quest for the specialization of Messrs. And how do you open the other six?

Just take them to a group at the location and it will appear.

People help me Cassandra, Cole, Vivienne, Varik have their specializations opened, while Sera, Dorian, Blackwall, Solas, Iron Bull do not. How to open specializations for other satellites ???
