How to open costumes Batman of the future and Superman conclusion for a pc license? (Injustice: Gods Among Us)

I bought a batman card on android - this means I opened the Bats suit on the PC, but it never appeared on the PC, they say synchronization with wbplay is no longer working, so how can I open them now on a PC license?
