What's up with co-op on PC? (Resident Evil: Revelations 2)

Did it come out in official patches? If yes, how to play together in the campaign?

There is no co-op in the campaign, only in the Raid.

I heard that CAPCOM still released local co-op on PC, they say you have to press start during the campaign on the gamepad. But I haven't been able to get it to run yet.
