Subnautica below zero hangs on disclaimer on startup (Subnautica)

Hello, I don’t know how to fix this and so on
From all the sites I checked, I downloaded different versions, nothing helped, as it was written everywhere, I deleted files, I tried to find videos on YouTube in all forums, I saw only one person who also hung on the disclaimer
When you start the game, a disclaimer appears - after it the game freezes completely, you can move the mouse to windowed mode and everything like that, it’s still very quiet if you listen, you can hear the sounds of the menu, before that I played like 20-21, I decided to go to late October 22, 2 days looking for a way out of the problem, I hope they will help me here
