Can't change settings (Victoria 3)
There was a problem with this game from paradoxes.Besides the inability to change the language, no other settings are also applied after the game is restarted.
That is, it is impossible to change neither the schedule, nor anything.
Who faced the same problems, is there a solution?
I read that you need to delete the Victoria subfolder from the "My Documents" folder, this does not help.
