Problem Solving - Language Change (Victoria 3)

1. Go to the Documents/Paradox Interactive/Victoria 3 folder.
2. Find pdx_settings.json (after the first launch of the game after installation, it will be filled with settings, but after restarting everything will fail).
3. Open with Notepad+. (You can use notepad)
3. CTRL + V line {"System": {"language": "l_russian"}}
4. Open the properties of the pdx_settings.json file and check the Read Only checkbox

Only this solution helped me:
1 - Go to the folder with the game D:GamesVictoria 3gamelocalization
2 - Make a backup copy of the languages.yml file
3 - Open this languages.yml file with Notepad
4 - Delete everything except (or copy and paste)
l_russian:
l_russian:1 "Russian"
5 - Save the file and run the game, done

At startup, I automatically changed the language to Russian forcibly changed the language
settings in the pdx_settings.json file did not change
