ah, this is cloud gaming, confused with geforce experience.
Will VPN help in this case? I use Planet VPN myself when sites or applications are not available: easy for a computer, there are enough free options for my eyes, I won’t say about ping. Personally, I didn’t notice problems with the connection, but my applications don’t require super low ping.
