GPS Navigator Voice Alert (Test Drive Unlimited)

On my TDU with MOD2013, the voice warning of the GPS navigator does not work (there is a green line on the track).
On TDU without MOD2013 everything works, there is a voice. The TDU with MOD2013 has the same GPS files as the TDU.
Tell me, who played on TDU with MOD2013, should there be a voice or not? If so, how can I turn it on?
