Alien settlement in the outpost (Kenshi)

In general, I built a fortpost, in the forest without a single settlement nearby, because I got tired of the bobbleheads that were constantly running around the base, so these BOOTs decided to spawn their settlement in my outpost ... It's
just some kind of game ... I tried to drag their marker away through shift + f12 but nothing worked... Are there any other options to smoke them away?
