It is impossible to change places with some drivers, or rather, with those who drive tractors. The Swap button is inactive.Question:
How to change the tractor for these drivers, for example, to Storm?
I tried to buy a tractor myself, and changed it to the one that the hired carrier had - it didn’t work out.

It's just that in the game with trailers, no one knows how to drive except you, therefore, this restriction is made so that no one can hitch a trailer.
Fire them the fuck, hire new ones (but not tractors), and buy them Storms.

I have the same. Although I tried to change trucks, it's still the same. I even bought the same truck as the worker when applying for a job. And vice versa, too.
