Skill Point Distribution (Divinity 2: Ego Draconis)

Once I tried to play - and scored. Now I installed it again, I decided against it. And I ran into a problem: how to pump in skill points? I open the skill table, select a skill in the required branch .. and? ... what's next? No "Accept" or "Upgrade" button... either I'm stupid, or this mechanism is implemented in a crippled way... I just don't understand how to pour free skill points into the selected skill...
