Turn off synchronization with other players in the settings, and all buildings, signs, tips from other players will disappear.

I haven't played the game for a long time, I checked the game settings, and it looks like they added some kind of patch to remove the signs of other players without disconnecting from the network.
So, signs of other players can be removed in the game settings, only your signs and from NPCs will be shown.

On the contrary, it's cool when you stumble upon the signs of other players somewhere in the wilderness.
