After installing COD WWII, an error pops up

I installed the witch pirate and at startup I see

It is not possible to continue executing the code, because the system did not find steam_api64.dll.

I have already reinstalled, looked at all the guides on how to get rid of this error, but still nothing helps. What should I do?
