.Interesting problem... I've never seen anything like it. You can try deleting all game settings files. They are located in the folder C:UsersUsernameDocumentsMy GamesFallout4 (except for the saves folder, your saves are there). In general, what were you doing before it appeared?

These are not scripts, but meshes. You installed one of the mods to show these same meshes.
