Sound stutters (lags behind) (Doom Eternal)

during the game it lags behind (the sound stutters), especially if there are a lot of enemies in action scenes, the FPS is normally stable, but the sound feels like it doesn’t keep up with the picture, or just mixes up in a bunch, did someone have a similar one? (game license ,windows 10)
