Purchase for rubles (God of War: Ragnarok)

Guide to buying a game for rubles. A simple option - at outbid by the end of November. My option is to do it myself without overpayment. What you need: PSN, QiWi, VPN.

As I did, from a computer:

I turn on VPN so that PS Store USA is available. in the RU region it is not available

1) Create a new PSN with the New York region, the language is English
Phones and other things are not required, only the zip code 10001 and a new email.
2) Created, confirmed email, found GoW Ragnarök in the PS Store from a computer with a new US account.
3) We go to Qiwi, there we select "games" and cards to replenish the balance of the PlayStation Store for 10, 50, 100 dollars. Take what you need.
4) We chose a card, enter the mail, where the code and the card for replenishing money on the account will come, we buy.
5) We go to our mail, copy the sent wallet replenishment code to the PS Store website to our NEW account on the REDEEM CODE tab.
6) The money is credited, you can buy GoW:R.
7) After the purchase, without a VPN, just go to the new account from the console and download the game.
