I can't understand this fix or am I just not getting it? (Doom Eternal)

It's about killing the Marauder quickly.
Here in this video - Streamer throws an ice grenade and fires three volleys from a rocket launcher, the marauder does not move at all, he also stands still and he still fires two rockets at him. What nonsense, I watched this video at 0.25 speed, did everything the same way. For half a hundred attempts, I didnâ€™t manage to pour three missiles into him, he beats everything off, I saw the animation of how he turns around for a grenade, but he still manages to turn around and beat off the missiles.

Maybe it worked two years ago and has already been fixed?
