Error code 0xC00CE1A1 validation error of the manifest. (Forza Motorsport 7)
Some users had the problem with running FM7.During installation, the crack appears this error
Is solved as follows:
1 Go to the root folder with the game
2 Looking for file AppxManifest.xml
3 Open any text editor
4 In the Capabilities section looking for a line | rescap: Capability xmlns:rescap=http://schemas.microsoft.com/ appx/manifest/foundation/windows10 /restrictedcapabilities Name=packageQuery | if this error appears there will be two
5 Remove one of the two rows
6 save the changes file
7 Click the RMB on the file AppxManifest.xml and in properties put a checkmark next to read only
8 FM7 Crack Run Install from the desktop/start menu
9 After installation is complete, remove the checkmark read only from the file AppxManifest.xml
FM7 run from the start menu

You don't have a file AppxManifest.xml. Bran AntiVir and firewall and perestanavlivaya the game.

Writes there is no access, means, or there is no developer mode or xbox app\windows store will be reinstalled. See the installation instructions from Fitgirl and act on it. Disable AntiVir\firewall.

Most likely you need to upgrade to Win10 extreme version and go to developer Mode.
How to set developer Mode and look in the search.
