in the info about the system, the version of the direct x 12.0 environment is never newer.

I can't believe that with a simple vin. 10 it does not start, there is not a word in the requirements for such a condition. And yet, in all three repacks, instead of launching, it writes like that it is impossible to initialize direct x. 15 years of practice and this is the first time.
And as for the card, then RTX 2060 super and direct x is the latest, even the repacks themselves write like you have the latest version of the direct and it does not need to be updated.
Last guess: can the WRS 10 repack of which I currently have installed prevent the new WRS from starting?
