Departures on Xbox Series S (Forza Horizon 4)

Hi all. I don’t know if anyone has come across, but I recently purchased this console, and I had this game on my Windows account. Played on the computer normally, but then decided to continue playing on the console. Everything seems to be fine, but suddenly a black screen, and the game throws it on the initial screen. Occurs at random times. Already three times took off in a responsible place during the game. Add-ons are installed only some packs with machines and that's it. In general, the game is basic. Already reinstalled, didn't help. Does anyone know what it could be?
