, look, I just solved the same problem. I tell you:
1) turn off all mods in the modification tab (the "deactivate all mods" button)
2) check the list of cars, if there are cars, then turn on the mods in turn and after each turn on, check which mod does this crap to you. (to enable mods, click on the orange circle with -)
In my case, the mod that makes such a problem turned out to be a Mercedes Banana
