Help plz!!!!

Steam hasn't been working for 2 day. Loaded the library, I wanted to write to those. support, but even in the browser it doesn't work. Goes infinite loading sometimes generates an error. If I go through another WI-FI (the neighbor) then it works, but I need to work through my. Guys please help who faced this problem!

I think someone ancestors get blocked steam ,that someone started to do the lessons

another embodiment ,the binding problems to the Internet ,I don't see

Thanks for the advice, gained Steam for 10 minutes ( I have changed DNS) then again, nothing does not load, mistake -118. In short sit in shock
