Help, sims 4 repack problem

hello, I really want to download sims 4, but I have a lot of problems,
I work in a computer club, and therefore I decided to download it here, because it's boring, and the hardware allows.
First I tried to download via EA, but it just doesn't turn on on my computer, then through VPN it doesn’t turn on, I
decided to download the repack by torrent, downloaded Everything was downloaded
, EXCEPT THE GAME ITSELF
The Sims 4 application itself is missing, it’s nowhere to be found,
please help (
