Video card on a laptop

For about a year I did not use a laptop and now I noticed during work that the video card is not working. The laptop has a Radeon R5 m330 and intel hd graphics 5500, I noticed that the m330 only uses up to 20 MB of memory even if the second one is disabled. Maybe someone knows what the problem is or is it better to take it to the service?
I checked all the rules for a virus, the drivers are installed
