Invulnerable Hounds of the Wild Hunt (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Near the village of Lofoten, when I run to one of the drawings, hounds appear from the portals, which cannot be damaged, the blood drips from them, but there is no damage. They follow you everywhere, no matter how far you run. Has anyone had this, how can I solve it?
