Game won't launch (Forza Horizon 5)

Good day, I faced the same problem as you, only of a slightly different nature, the action takes place on a purchased access to an account with a Microsoft forza.

Tried everything from reinstalling drivers to Windows inclusive. The problem persists.

everything worked, apparently there was a game folder from ampers, and I downloaded some other game folder there, I decided to update, right now everything starts up, only the code does not see the save from ampers, I had to pump it back
