Ireland Can't Take Letter (Assassin's Creed: Valhalla)

Good day. I have such a problem on the map of Ireland, the last quest called Trade: sweeten the dish, the task is to get a charter trading post. The skeleton lies in a cage in the water and I cannot take the letter. The cage is open; I take coins on it, but I can’t. Help fix the bug!
