Mouse not working on ps4 (Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0)

Help me please. At one point, the mouse on the ps4 stopped working. As if he does not see her, but in the main menu the background moves. The buttons on the mouse work, but it does not move. Tried different mice, the problem persists.
