Crossplay issue (No Man's Sky)

We want to play with a friend, he’s on a PC, I’m on PS4, I bought the game on a Turkish account, but I play on my main account from Russia, we can’t connect to each other, after clicking on the “show my friend code ...” button, I have nothing happens, also the friend's code does not work, I can't add it, on the Turkish account itself the same problem. We have the same game mode. The question is, do I need a ps plus subscription, or is it some other problem. ?
