Departures near General Atomics facilities (Fallout 4)

The game crashes when approaching General Atomics facilities.
And it doesn't matter how to get to the area near the objects - quickly or on foot.

Departure occurs in 4-26 seconds. I tried to move without inventory, without a partner ...

It's all the same. If you have time to run to any object with a door and get inside, then you can play inside.

At the exit from the object, you need to have time to use fast travel away from the place of departure.

A particularly large inaccessible area, around the General Atomics plant next to the fish factory.
