The only analogy that I can advise-lists console commands in files in Notepad, there are some on skyrim nexus. Called bat files. Ponotsenny menu admin in the game.

Can be very similar to create. For example, create a bat file to prescribe it you need the command from the console, call it for example f1 and paste in the game folder. Go into a game, in the console prescribe bat f1 and everything is written the commands are executed
