How to set Dino level on LAN (ARK: Survival Evolved)

I didn't play for a long time and decided to come back. I went to the LAN and there all Dinos have Max lvl 120 and the level is a multiple of 4, I remember that on all official maps the Dino level was always a multiple of 1 (we could meet 3,7,78,123...). I got into Google to look for how to return it and found only a way to make all Dino lvl a multiple of 5, due to which the Max Dino level will be 150. Is it possible to do so in order to increase the Dino level to 150 with a step of 1 level? The only thing on maps like Ragnarok was that Dino's level was immediately a multiple of 5, but there is no such thing as Island or Granted Lands.
