Russian language! (Watch Dogs: Legion)

Is it possible to somehow put the Russian language in the EU version? I bought an EU key and thought that there was a Russian one, but alas, ah ... It's a shame very much ... I would be grateful for your help! PS In the settings you can not change (suddenly someone would say)
