To the Saves folder
Folders with a minus number (for example -498) are autosaves
Folders with numbers 1-9 are your saves

Through the SaveState.sav file (open with notepad) in it saveStateName - the name of your save

Through the Player.sav file (open with notepad) we are looking for lines in it
Change false to true the desired item

Also at the very end of the Player.sav file there is a "science" parameter: 282, (search for the word science through the search) we change the numbers to the ones we need and get the required amount of science.
