Can't get to bottom right in Contents (Control)

I can't get into the Containment Sector at the bottom right. I've looked all over, but haven't found a way yet. I found three places from where it was theoretically possible, but each has its own problems.

1. Logistics department, it would seem the most logical way.

but there is a grate, which means that this glass cannot be broken in any way.
